To picture the structure of the Campus Ministry, it is helpful to imagine a multi-lane highway. The scope of our mission is so large we have segmented the Campus Ministry into separate, specialized initiatives. We call them lanes.

There is the lane that focuses on planting new ministries, Catalytic. Our focused outreach to ethnic students is the ESM (Ethnic Student Ministry) lane. Our traditional, and foundational ministries are the Staffed Campus lane. Efforts to establish campus ministries around the world are accomplished through our WSN (Worldwide Student Network) lane. And our support lanes, some call them the yellow lines between the lanes, are Human Resources, Operations and Fund Development. Staff in these lanes provide service for everything from graphics and web technology to funding and staff placement. Here you'll find a basic overview of each of these lanes.
