Here you'll find the basic overview of the application process. While much of the work is accomplished by forms, it is anything but impersonal. There are many phone calls that go on behind the scenes, and there are at least several caseworkers who will be intimately familiar with the specifics of your application. We have on our staff some of the finest Christian leaders in ministry and one of the reasons is the care and effort we put into the application process.

The application deadline for New Staff (those joining us for the first time) is:
- January 2009 New Staff Training - November 1
- Summer 2009 Training - April 1
All application materials, including references, must arrive by these dates. If you are requesting an international assignment the deadlines are October 15 and March 15 respectively.
If you've served on a US Campus internship, you'll attend the Summer 08 new staff training, you can use a streamlined application that will be used in conjunction with your STINT or Internship materials. The application deadline is April 1.
If you are currently serving on an international STINT, you'll attend the Fall 08 STINT MPD Training, you can use a streamlined application that will be used in conjunction with your STINT or Internship materials. The application deadline is June 1.
